Jennifer J. Hanneman is an associate in the Waukesha office. She is a member of the Tax Planning and Corporate Practice Groups. Jennifer focuses her practice primarily in the areas of taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and business restructuring. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin. While at the University of Wisconsin, Jennifer authored "The Evolution of Cooperation Between Authorities in the United States and Switzerland in the Enforcement of Insider Trading Law" which was published in the Winter 1997 edition of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association. Jennifer is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
