Jennifer L. Day
Profile
Jennifer Day is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group, assisting clients with the prosecution and maintenance of domestic and international trademarks. She also works with technology licensing, including drafting and negotiating software licenses and outsourcing agreements, and counsels clients on general copyright issues. Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, she served as law clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Staton of the Indiana Court of Appeals and practiced intellectual property law for three years at another firm. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
