Jennifer M. Kirschler is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the area of Medical Malpractice. She has extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, physician practice groups, and nursing homes in all aspects of litigation including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Mrs. Kirschler is a member of the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of West Virginia. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mrs. Kirschler graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton in 1989 with a B.A. in History. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1992 and was a member of the Law Review. Mrs. Kirschler has presented seminars to hospital personnel, physicians, and personal care home administrators on issues ranging from improving physician/patient communications to specific medical malpractice legislation. |
