Jennifer P. Gossain is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Silicon Valley office. She is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department.
While in law school, Jennifer was a research editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy. She also gained legal experience working at an IP boutique firm that focused on patent prosecution.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a software engineer at Xilinx, Inc., a multi-national semiconductor company, where she designed and implemented circuit design automation software.
Jennifer received a bachelor of science degree in computer science and a bachelor of arts degree in English from Vanderbilt University. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
