Jennifer R. Walker was named Pangia's Vice President Business Operations in 2003. Originally from a small town near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jennifer holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. In November of 2004, Jennifer was appointed Chairperson of the Small Business Consortium on the Groundbreaker contract, is a council member of the Howard Corridor Technology Forum and is the Executive Chair of the Young AFCEAns. Jennifer's education and experience have enabled her to have a superior understanding of management in a technological environment. She is keenly aware of the dynamic technology market and the challenges faced by companies in today's economy. Jennifer recognizes the importance of truly listening to the needs and concerns of clients, integrating technical and business cultures, and providing clear channels of communication, both horizontally and vertically, throughout the management chain. Most importantly, she strongly feels that Pangia's employees are the company's most important resource. Jennifer is a member of the Pennsylvania State Alumni Association and the American Business Women's Association. In January 2005, Jennifer was inducted into the Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals. She is married and enjoys playing volleyball, softball and spending time with her husband and two Newfoundland dogs. |
