Effectively defending corporate clients in civil and criminal disputes is at the heart of Jennifer Behr's extensive litigation practice. With a special focus in white-collar matters, she has handled cases involving allegations of Medicare fraud and False Claims Act violation, and been involved in internal investigations of criminal misconduct alleged by several federal agencies.
Jennifer also assists corporate clients with commercial disputes that range from employment law and government contract concerns, to controversies involving eminent domain. In addition to her business litigation counsel, Jennifer is extensively involved in Foley Hoag's pro bono program. She came to the firm in 2006 after practicing for three years in the Washington, DC office of another national firm.
