Jennifer Fox is the Chief Operating Officer for the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Europe and also has InterContinental brand responsibility for the EMEA region.
Jennifer brings extensive experience as a General Manager at a number of high profile properties including InterContinental Hong Kong and she has 20 years experience in marketing, operating and repositioning resort, luxury and business hotels as detailed below.
Jennifer is a committed turnaround specialist with hands-on seasoning in the resort, luxury and business segments. She has strong international marketing experience in North America, Asia-Pacific, China, Europe, Africa, India, Middle East and Australia. Jennifer also has extensive marketing experience in the international luxury/upscale hotel markets with direct and substantial experience in understanding and developing sophisticated marketing programs for the luxury market.
She has strategically driven the operations of three well-known luxury hotel brands and independent hotels providing an in-depth understanding of the buying behaviour and the psychographics of the luxury/upscale customer. Through marketing and operations experience, Jennifer has developed a global network of luxury associated or related industry contacts, including connections in all areas of luxury/upscale media. |
