Ms. Kordell is the Director of Operations for the Business Consulting Platform. She is responsible for overseeing the business analytics for the Business Consulting practices. Previously, she was member of the Intellectual Property practice at CRA International. Her work has focused on financial analysis in the context of litigation, and she is experienced in working with complex financial and valuation models and regression analysis. She has also focused on the financial and economic issues of business strategy. Ms. Kordell has managed projects involving market size/growth/profitability, competitive positioning, resource allocation, product pricing, and new product potential. Ms. Kordell has worked on matters in a wide range of industries, including power equipment, comic books, adhesives, waste disposal, oil, transportation, retail, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. She is also involved in hiring and training, and has given workshops to junior staff on efficient capital market theory and business communications |
