Jennifer Latimer joined Corporate Property Dispositions in 2005 and is heading the Corporate Property Disposition�s office in Tampa, FL. Jennifer holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and an MBA in Real Estate from Texas A&M University. She has been involved in multiple real estate disciplines during her 8 year career in commercial real estate including property dispositions, site selection and governmental approvals. Jennifer is currently responsible for CPD dispositions including both buildings and land throughout Florida as well as selected properties throughout the Southeast. She also is involved in site selections for CPD and Folio Property Ventures development clients throughout Florida and Texas. Jennifer began her career site selection and property disposition working for Wal-Mart Realty in Bentonville, AR. She served as a Real Estate Manager for property dispositions for 5 years. Her responsibilities included the sale and leasing of outparcels, as well former Wal-Mart buildings. While at Wal-Mart she handled properties throughout the Southwest and Southeast regions of the United States. Jennifer worked directly with Wal-Mart�s Senior Real Estate staff to maximize the profit and accelerate the subleasing and disposition of Wal-Mart Realty.Prior to joining Corporate Property Disposition, LLC, Jennifer worked for Redstone Development and the Debartolo Development Co. in Tampa, FL. She, as a consultant, headed the Wal-Mart new site development program for projects in Florida�s west coast. Jennifer was responsible for assisting her clients in navigating the development process including site selection, government relations and approvals, purchase contract negotiations and review. |
