Jennifer joined Preferred Personnel in August 2007. She comes with nearly 5 years of recruiting experience specific to the oil and gas industry. Since, she has built a solid foundation and maintains relationships with numerous petroleum professionals. She continues to expand her knowledge and experience base, currently focusing on the international frontier.

Prior to recruiting, Jennifer held positions that were customer service related; from working as a church secretary to a computer trainer. She enjoys working with people - counseling, motivating, challenging, and making a positive influence in the lives of those she interacts and works with.

Jennifer and her husband, Steve, reside in Missouri City, Texas. Steve is a Reservoir Engineer working for a major oil company in Houston. They have two boys, Brian and Jonathan. Jennifer loves being outside and traveling with her family. She also enjoys writing, fitness activities, and cooking.
