Jennifer Nock is Of Counsel to our labor and employment group. Her nearly 15 years of legal experience includes representing public sector employers in litigation in state and federal court, providing day-to-day advice to management clients, training individual clients and statewide groups in complying with employment laws, revising personnel handbooks, and investigating claims of employee wrongdoing.Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated cum laude, and she received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Jennifer volunteers as a member of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, as a Moot Court Judge, and as a member of her HOA's Board of Directors. |
