Jennifer Stout is a director in the Lake Oswego, Oregon office of Bates Private Capital, an LECG company, where she uses her accounting and tax background to provide consulting and manage forensic investigatory engagements mainly related to financial litigation cases. In addition, Ms. Stout has experience providing quantitative witness testimony in retail securities litigation. Ms. Stout began her career as an associate in the tax department at Arthur Anderson & Co. where she provided tax and business consulting to corporations, partnerships, and individual clients regarding business planning, tax planning, and compliance. Ms. Stout's responsibilities included financial statement audits, as well as extensive accumulation, analysis, and review of accounting information for support of clients' tax positions. |
