Among his clients are a major diversified manufacturing company as well as manufacturers of products as varied as medical devices and valves. On their behalf Jeremy has litigated to obtain reimbursement of defense and indemnity costs, including in such complex and contentious areas as asbestos litigation and environmental liability. Jeremy has also represented policyholders in pursuing recovery from insurance brokers due to broker malpractice. Jeremy also represents clients in general commercial disputes, litigation involving accountant professional liability, securities class action litigation, and litigation over improper termination. As part of his work in these cases and in his insurance cost recovery practice, he has briefed cases in the United States Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit and in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
