Jeremy Younkin represents clients in commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property disputes. He has experience litigating in federal and state trial courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and International Trade Commission. Jeremy has represented clients in jury and bench trials, and as part of his practice has handled breach of contract and legal malpractice disputes.
In intellectual property litigation, Jeremy has represented clients in patent infringement suits involving business methods, biotechnology, and medical devices. He also has defended clients' patent rights in commercial controversies, and provides representation in trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. As part of his IP counseling, Jeremy provides clients with validity and infringement opinions.
Before joining Foley Hoag, Jeremy served as law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
