Jeremy L. Krasner is a Director in the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group. His responsibilities include engagement management in the areas of securities, intangible, and business valuations for numerous purposes, including purchase price allocation, fairness and solvency opinions, corporate strategic planning, goodwill impairment testing, stock options and warrants, intangible asset valuation, estate and gift taxation, bankruptcy proceedings, valuation discounts and other tax, corporate, and litigation related matters. Mr. Krasner s experience encompasses a wide array of industries, including aerospace defense/government technical services, business services, professional sports franchises/venues, technology, telecommunications, health care, pharmaceutical, retail, professional services and engineering and construction. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Krasner was a Vice President with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and a Manager with Ernst & Young. In these roles, Mr. Krasner led project teams advising more than 250 clients, both public and private. Mr. Krasner s responsibilities included execution, client management, due diligence, financial analysis, and presentation of results. In addition, Mr. Krasner was a member of Houlihan Lokey s internal technical standards committee where he assisted with determining the firm s standards on key business valuation issues and co-authored position papers for firm-wide distribution. Mr. Krasner earned a B.S. in finance and management from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Duke University s Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Krasner has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
