Jeremy Rosof conducts a broad-based commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on matters relating to real estate. Mr. Rosof�s practice also encompasses adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, environmental (Superfund) cases, estate litigation, international disputes, securities and ERISA class actions, and other general commercial matters. He represents clients at all levels of the State and Federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
