Jeri joined our team in December 2005. She brings 20 years of telecom experience in customer service, order writing, and project management. Jeri spent 10 years within the Qwest community, three as Qwest Telecom Consultant providing project management, billing, and training services, and seven years at Qwest in various roles including technical order writing, billing specialist, and project manager. Prior to Qwest, Jeri spent 10 years at AT&T providing account support and customer service to Major and National Customers for both network and equipment applications. Jeri earned her Bachelors degree at the University of Washington in Sociology. As an Intelisys Project Manager, Jeri is responsible for order processing, tracking, escalations, and customer support requests related to the Data service orders for one of our large corporate customers. |
