Jeri is responsible for all aspects of Global Talent Engagement. She brings over 20 years of experience to Liquidnet, with particular expertise in aligning the function with the overall business, positioning a company as an "Employer of Choice" and more importantly, developing award-winning, innovative approaches to "Employee Engagement." Her experience spans many different industries, including technology and financial services in both private and Fortune 50 companies. She has held senior HR roles at companies such as BearingPoint, PepsiCo, EMC/Smarts and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Jeri holds a B.S. from Heidelberg College, an M.A. from Michigan State University, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development (PMD). |
