Jerome Beaudoin, 45, was named vice president and chief information officer (CIO) in December 2004. Beaudoin has been active in the business and Information Systems field for 20 years, specializing in business start-ups, strategic planning, business process/re-engineering and IS realignment. He previously served as manager of Devon�s Information Services and Technology Department for the company�s Canadian Division. Prior to joining Devon, he was divisional CIO for the Midstream Division of TransCanada Pipelines. Subsequent to this position, Beaudoin managed the International and North American Pipeline Systems Division at TransCanada. He earned a master�s degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary and a bachelor�s degree in computer science.
