Jerry Hall is a principal stockholder and the original associate of Jack Henry & Associates. He joined the company in 1977 serving as a director since the company�s incorporation that year. Hall served as vice president of Operations from 1977 until 1988. The following year he replaced Jack Henry as president a position he held until 1993 and from 1990 through 1994 Hall served as the company�s chief executive officer. In October 1994 he began serving in his current position of executive vice president. Hall has been an integral part in making Jack Henry & Associates the success it is today. He and his wife Pat have three children and five grandchildren. The couple resides in rural Monett and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren. |
