Mr. Danni is Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs. He joined the company in March 2005. He is a well-regarded industry leader with nearly 30 years of excellence demonstrated through his past executive positions with EHS pacesetters such as Kinross Gold Cyprus Amax and Homestake Mining. Mr. Danni holds a Bachelor of Chemistry degree from Western State College. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Mining Association as a Trustee of the Northwest Mining Association and a member of the Society of Mining Engineers. He has written extensively on the subjects of integrating EHS management into core business functions and on EHS systems and processes that achieve long-term sustainable performance.
