Jerry W. Knoben is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and general manger of systems manufacturing for Intel Corporation. He is responsible for technology development, manufacturing, outsource management and technical customer support.
Previously, Knoben held several positions including board level technology development manager, general manager of DuPont Technology and Manufacturing, responsible for manufacturing system level products for server, desktop and telco products and co-general manager of systems global manufacturing, responsible for managing the cost, quality and delivery of motherboards, servers, wireless modules and optical products.
Knoben worked for The Boeing Company for four years as a lead process development engineer prior to joining Intel in 1988 as a senior process development engineer.
Knoben received his bachelor's degree in physical metallurgy from Washington State University in 1984. He received his master's degree in engineering management from Portland State University in 1996. |
