Jerry Canada, based in the firm's New York office, focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation relating to a broad array of technologies. He has experience in all phases of patent litigation including trial and appellate experience. Mr. Canada represents clients in multiple industries including drug eluting stent technology, pharmaceutical and bio-medical products, web-based technology, electrical devices, and computer hardware. He has appeared before various Federal and State Courts around the country and also appeared before the American Arbitration Association. Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Canada focused exclusively on litigation matters and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas P. Woodlock, District Court Judge, District of Massachusetts. He earned his B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook in 1994 and his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1997.
