Jerry Cook serves as Director of Production, overseeing Billing Operations, Account Management, Print and Mail departments and DCA Press Services. His main responsibility is to work with clients to ensure the correct and timely delivery of all billing requests through data integrity, product implementation and verification. Cook started his career in telecom with DCA in January 1995 as an Operations Analyst before moving to Tulsa to serve as Manager of ISCC Billing Operations for WorldCom. He later served as a billing specialist with NOS Communications in Las Vegas, where he was responsible for data trending and analysis for the use of billing verification and new product implementation. Cook returned to DCA in 2000 as a member of the Rapid Application Development team where he helped design and implement DCA�s back office automation and the remote manager website. He has also served as manager of operations, which included billing operations and account management. Cook received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University in 1995. |
