Jerry Franzel serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director in the firm's Vero Beach, FL office. Prior to joining DHR, Mr. Franzel was associated with a Retail executive search firm. Over a five year period, he recruited for all upper-level positions for Retail clients throughout the country. Before entering the executive search industry, Mr. Franzel was a Senior Executive in the Retail industry for over 25 years with firms such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman-Marcus. Mr. Franzel�s search experience includes assignments in a wide variety of industries with emphasis in Retail, Medical, Logistics, Manufacturing/Wholesale, Airline, and in the Consulting arena. Mr. Franzel has brought into DHR numerous national assignments from a Big 5 consulting firm. These assignments included consultants from Energy, IT, Package Implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Baan, JD Edwards, etc.) and Change Management. Additionally, Mr. Franzel has obtained preferred provider status for search assignments with a major airline. Mr. Franzel earned his BA and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
