Jerry joined Professions as an Executive Recruiter in March 2001. Clients appreciate working with Jerry because of his expertise in finding and landing talent. Potential candidates take Jerry's phone calls because he treats them as true professionals, not as applicants.
Every candidate that Jerry speaks with can be assured that all communications are kept confidential. Jerry has thorough knowledge of each client and opening he represents: consequently candidates can get the background information necessary to properly evaluate a potential job. While the majority of candidates Jerry recruits are satisfied with their current employer, they may be interested in the opportunity to compare their current situation to a prospective job. He will help them evaluate the position and determine whether or not it would be beneficial to their career.
Jerry does not rely on posting job advertisements and pulling resumes off of the Internet: he fine-tunes each search to meet the specific needs of the client. He researches companies from which the ideal candidate would come, proactively recruiting superior candidates who fit the job. He works efficiently and effectively to offer the highest quality service to each of his clients.
Jerry graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Management. He attended courses full-time in the evenings and weekends while maintaining a full-time job at Professions. Jerry has led "best practices" discussions at Executive Search Association meetings and has written articles for recruiting trade publications. |
