Description of Practice:
Jerry is an associate in our San Diego office and a member of the real estate practice group.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Jerry was with the Building Industry Association as Staff Counsel in Government Affairs where he gained experience in representing on behalf of the building industry before city councils, planning commissions, County Board of Supervisors, and special district boards and negotiating with various jurisdictions on code and ordinances changes that affect the industry. He also has extensive experience with the Mitigation Fee Act, School Fees, Exactions and Clean Water Act.
Jerry was on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties since 2003 to 2007 and is a member of the California Natural Resources Group, attorney sub-committee.

Jerry received bachelor's and juris doctorate degrees from Western State University College of Law. |
