Jerry Noonan Chief Financial Officer Jerry Noonan joined BearCom in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. Jerry directs and manages the finance and accounting functions for BearCom including banking and treasury relationships as well as the company�s annual budgeting process. As a member of BearCom�s executive staff, Jerry is also in charge of developing various financial dashboards that focus managers on critical issues and trends. He assists BearCom in its financial progression and helps ensure that the company continues to build shareholder value and maintain financial stability over the years. Prior to BearCom, Jerry held the position of Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for Bright Truck Leasing, where he worked for nine years. His duties there included pieces of the IT function, as that department was rolled up under his realm of responsibilities. Many of the accomplishments Jerry achieved with Bright Truck Leasing were brought over to BearCom, including his proficiency with ROI analysis, quarterly comparative analysis, and P&L statements that could also be used to objectively determine sales executives� rankings. For seven years, Jerry has been a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group. Jerry received his BS degree in both finance and economics from Louisiana State University. He also attended Texas Christian University�s Neeley School of Business, where he graduated with an MBA. |
