Jesper Rathje is Chief Accounting Officer at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, and is responsible for accounting, tax and treasury functions, SEC reporting and purchasing worldwide. Jesper joined PeopleSupport in October of 2007 and brings over 20 years of financial and accounting experience with multinational organizations.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Jesper was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Herbalife, a nutrition and weight management company with $2 billion in revenues and operations in over 60 countries. Jesper was in charge of worldwide accounting, SEC reporting, and worked on Herbalife's many public transactions including IPO, secondary offerings as well as taking the company private. Earlier, Jesper held management positions with Pharmavite, a nutritional supplement manufacturer, Textron, a global multi-industry company serving aviation, aerospace and industrial markets, and Ernst & Young for 8 years. |
