Jesse is a member of the firm's business litigation, banking litigation, and securities litigation practice groups. Jesse represents Iowa, Texas, and national organizations in a wide variety of business disputes, and his recent experience includes:
Assisting in representing a Fortune 500 financial company by conducting an internal investigation with regard to an inquiry by the New York State Attorney General
Assisting in representing a Fortune 200 oil and gas company and conducting an internal investigation with regard to allegations of SEC violations
Representing national broker-dealers and brokers in NASD arbitrations
Assisting in obtaining a summary judgment dismissal of a wrongful death case against a Fortune 1000 company
Representing numerous national, regional, and local companies with regards to various business disputes
Representing indigent individuals through the Polk County Volunteer Attorney Program and Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program
Assisted an Iowa Gubernatorial Candidate in drafting and editing press releases to the national and state press
Appleseed - Access To Justice, Access To Education, Access To Opportunity. Traveled to Baton Rouge, Louisiana in June of 2006 and assisted in conducting an internal investigation regarding the status and needs of Hurricane Katrina Evacuees and assisted in drafting a report regarding the same.
