Jesseca focuses her litigation practice on representing the securities and financial services industries. Her securities practice focuses on securities litigation and arbitration, including NASD arbitration. Her securities experience includes representing individual advisors, broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer arbitrations involving a number of investment vehicles, including stocks, options, variable products, bonds, mutual funds, and charitable trusts. In addition, she has experience in class action litigation and complex litigation on behalf of national financial institutions. Jesseca joined Faegre & Benson in 2001 after completing a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Paul A. Magnuson of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, during which she worked on a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters. |
