BACKGROUND: Jessica was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. While at the University of Florida, Jessica was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and served as a Teaching Assistant for Russian Masterpieces. In 2007, Jessica graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Jessica interned for the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She also worked with the Internal Revenue Service as a certified volunteer to prepare tax returns for low income, disabled, and elderly persons. Jessica is practicing in the firm's Corporate, Health Care, and Taxation Departments.
