Ms. Lindsted's practice focuses on labor and employment issues, including wage and hour compliance, personnel policies, hiring, firing, and disciplining employees, FMLA and ADA compliance, and unemployment compensation.
Ms. Lindsted was a certified mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution in the Spring of 2006, and she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Arlander Keys, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, while in law school.
