Jessica Flanagan is responsible for recruitment, development and retention of KR consulting staff, both process and technical tracks. Her main areas of focus for infrastructure are recruitment and staffing, utilization and workforce planning, and Human Resources policy and process. Jessica has 14 years of experience in the human-side of organizational development inside consulting companies. Prior to joining Knowledge Rules, Jessica was a consultant in the Human Capital Solutions practice for PwC, then IBM. Tasked with helping clients to design and implement best practice HR processes in conjunction with large scale ERP implementation projects, her specific areas of focus included training and development, change management and communications, and functional process design and documentation. From 2000 to 2002, Jessica was a Senior Associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, assisting the Human Capital Solutions practice to identify, recruit and develop consultants at all levels of expertise. From 1999 to 2000, Jessica managed the recruitment process of 32 departments within Unisys Corporation to develop and maintain demand plan forecasts both quarterly and annually. Jessica earned her Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University. |
