Jessica graduated from Syracuse University in 1998, and spent seven years at Upstate Medical University where she worked as a Surgical Inpatient Dietitian, developing her interest in Bariatric Surgery. She was promoted to an outpatient nutrition position where she developed and administered Upstate�s Medical University�s first Bariatric Nutrition program. She has participated in and presented at several professional meetings at the Medical Center as well as in upstate NY on the topic of bariatric nutrition. She is recently published in the 2006 hardcover reference text book, Surgical Management of the Bariatric Surgical Patient. She is a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery. She provides state-of-the-art care to the patients in the Fingerlakes Weight Loss Program at Auburn Memorial Hospital. |
