Jessica Tomlinson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, counseling, and commercial disputes.
While at Hastings, Ms. Tomlinson was an extern law clerk to Judge Rudi M. Brewster, United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Following law school, she served as a law clerk to Judge William W Schwarzer, United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Ms. Tomlinson has been a member of the California Bar since 2002.
