Jessica Trapasso concentrates her practice on representing management in labor and employment matters. Her focus includes cases involving discrimination and harassment in the workplace, retaliation, and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Jessica is licensed to practice before all Florida state courts. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
During law school, Jessica was a member of the Florida A&M University Law Review and also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gregory A. Presnell in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
