Alex Lei joined Kenyon and Kenyon as a legal intern in 2007. Mr. Lei specializes in patent prosecution and opinion support. He also provides support in patent litigation proceedings.
Mr. Lei has extensive prosecution experience in computer hardware and software, analog and digital circuits, telecommunications systems and Internet technology. His work also includes biomedical devices, wireless devices, and data encryption and authentication. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lei worked as a technical advisor at an intellectual property firm where he provided patent prosecution and technical research for patent infringement and validity opinions.
Mr. Lei received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he worked as a research assistant at Rensselaer�s Center for Power Electronics Systems. Mr. Lei received his M.Eng Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. His studies focused on digital electronics and computer architecture. |
