Jill Battilega Rowe is a partner at Cooper, White & Cooper LLP. She practices general litigation, with an emphasis in contract, real property, fraud, fiduciary duty, securities, professional liability, and pipeline safety disputes. Ms. Rowe received her juris doctorate with honors from the University of Washington School of Law.
