Jill B.W. Sisson is currently General Counsel and Secretary of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., a leader in the "quick casual" segment of the restaurant industry. From 1992 until 2003, she served as General Counsel and Secretary of Graphic Packaging International Corporation, a NYSE-listed packaging company, until its merger with Riverwood Holding, Inc. From 1974 to 1992, she engaged in private law practice in Denver, Colorado primarily practicing corporate and securities law. She received her J.D. degree in 1974 from the University of Colorado Law School where she was Order of the Coif and graduated in 1969 from Middlebury College with High Honors |
