Dr. Fitzpatrick joined ERS Group as a Research Economist in 2001. She prepares and supervises statistical analyses of hiring, pay, promotions, and turnover using complex data sets. She also assists in calculation of economic damages for class action suits. Prior to coming to ERS Group, she was an economic analyst at UPS headquarters, where she collected and analyzed data for projects related to estimating marginal cost, turnover costs, and the costs of various labor negotiation outcomes. Dr. Fitzpatrick also taught economics at Georgia State University and at Kennesaw State University. Her research focused on the employment of welfare recipients. Dr. Fitzpatrick received her Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia State University. |
