Jill Bier is an associate in the firm�s Corporate Department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bier worked as a licensing coordinator at Cendant Hotel Division where she negotiated all legal aspects of license, franchise, and third party agreements and amendments, and as a legal intern for Broadcast Music, Inc. She also served as a summer associate with the firm in 2006. Ms. Bier graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University (2004). While working on her undergraduate degree, she was a member of Psi Chi Honor Society and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (2007), where she participated in the Family Law Clinic and was awarded Best Appellee Oralist in her Appellant Advocacy section. Ms. Bier is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
