Jill has a history of 20 years with Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. Her corporate accounting department consists of a staff of seven and is responsible for all financial operations of the company. Jill oversees the accounting staff at our production facilities as well as being involved in many facets of their systems and procedures. She is a member of the Advisory Board for Lake Washington College and a member of the Washington State Restaurant Association Retro Return Trust. Jill is a founding member of the Northwest Financial Officers Group. Jill played an integral part in restructuring the Schwartz Brothers Restaurants accounting team when Cucina! Cucina! Italian Cafe incorporated into a separate company. Jill oversees the company IT Department and directs the company's technology.
