Fair, Anderson, & Langerman co-founder, Jill Langerman has more than 22 years of public accounting experience. Langerman began her career working for a large national accounting firm and went on to manage a small local firm. Recognizing the advantages of both big and small firms, Langerman has been able to instill the positive characteristics of each in FAL. Langerman also brings expertise in a variety of industries including construction, local and foreign gaming, medical practices, non-profit organizations, employee benefit and retirement plans, and more. Dedicated to the community, Langerman uses her talents to benefit local and state wide non-profit organizations. Her accounting background and business sense have guided several organizations to financial stability. Langerman serves as treasurer for the local March of Dimes as well as sits on the board as treasurer for the statewide organization. Langerman is also on the Shade Tree Shelter Board of Trustees and serves as treasurer of the Endowment Board. Additionally, Langerman is a finance committee member for Opportunity Village and treasurer for the Great Basin National Park Foundation. Langerman graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1981, receiving her bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. She went on to become a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. Langerman has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPAs since 1983. |
