Jill joined Variant Partners in March 2004 as a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, and quickly moved into the position of Researcher and Operations Assistant. She was promoted to Operations Manager in June 2005. Jill focuses on database development and management, reporting and research. Jill also qualifies and recruits internal candidates.
Prior to joining Management Recruiters, Jill worked for a strategic planning consulting firm as an Assistant Project Manager for a telecommunications company.
Jill has a Bachelor's in Art History from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. |
