Jill Manning is a Research Analyst in the Capital Studies group at the Institute. Her research focuses on increasing investments to traditionally underserved sectors. She received a master's degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree in economics from Wesleyan University. She previously held positions with Thomson Financial and Charles River Associates. While pursuing her master's degree, Manning worked on projects for several organizations, including the Child Care Law Center, the City of Santa Monica and the Alliance for California Traditional Arts. |
