Mrs. Meyer has over thirteen years experience in investment banking, specializing in financing emerging growth companies in the technology and healthcare area. Prior to joining EGE, Mrs. Meyer worked in the corporate finance departments of Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd., Prudential-Bache Capital Markets and Financial Security Assurance. Mrs. Meyer's extensive experience includes public and private equity offerings, debt financings, structured asset backed transactions, and financial advisory services including fairness opinions. Mrs. Meyer received a B.S. in Economics from Emory University and completed graduate level course work in International Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics. |
