Jim Barnes is the President and Chief Executive Officer of OAKLEAF, North America's fastest growing waste outsourcing solutions provider. Mr. Barnes founded OAKLEAF in 1995, and has served as President and CEO since its inception. He has over two decades of professional experience in the industry, including 17 years in the solid waste industry. Prior to forming OAKLEAF, Mr. Barnes served as Director of Marketing at Coldwell Banker Real Estate and was a partner in the Downtown Development Corporation. As Founder, President and CEO, Mr. Barnes oversees the corporate direction of OAKLEAF and its family of business partners and brands.
Under Mr. Barnes' leadership, OAKLEAF has grown significantly. The company successfully completed six add-on acquisitions in the past three years, broadly expanding its service portfolio and surpassing half a billion dollars in revenue. At the company's core is one of the most advanced customer and vendor management information technology platforms in the outsourcing industry. Additionally, Mr. Barnes serves on the Board of Governors for the National Solid Waste Association and Marist College.
