Jim Dicso is in charge of delivering LivePerson's expanded on-demand service offerings to both new and existing markets. In addition to overseeing and expanding the company's direct sales force his responsibilities include developing implementing and maintaining structured sales processes to achieve aggressive growth initiatives.
Dicso previously served as Director of Sales for the Northeast U.S. Canada and the Federal Government at Witness Systems a leading global provider of performance optimization software and services. His experience also includes senior positions with PTC Systems where he was the Vice President of Sales for New Markets/Europe and Xerox Corporation. |
