Jim Frankola joined the board of directors in February 2006. Mr. Frankola has over 20 years of experience in finance and executive management. Since 2001, Mr. Frankola is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Ariba, a public software company focusing on business/spend management solutions. Prior to Ariba, Mr. Frankola was the Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Fasson Roll Worldwide, the largest business unit of Avery Dennison. Mr. Frankola also gained tenure at various regional and product business units of IBM. Mr. Frankola is a certified public accountant, holds an M.B.A. in international business and finance from Stern School of Business at New York University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. |
